Because each item is custom-made when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

We will review the issue with our print provider and arrange a free replacement if applicable.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal service first. If the package is lost during transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
